Can I cancel a subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel a subscription from any moment. The current month is always due and cannot be refunded. You can cancel a subscription from your account (option available from the profile menu)

How do I purchase a plan?

You can do that from the app. From your profile menu, you will see an account link where you can upgrade your plan or cancel your subscription.

Can I create an account from the web instead of the app?

Yes, if you cannot create an account from the Mac app, you can use this url.

Do you have a version for iPhone and iPad?

Yes, it's planned. We are just waiting for Apple to open the policy with some apps (should happens this summer).

What is a support agent?

A support agent is an employee working for customer service or technical support. You can create accounts for them but you need to upgrade your plan if you are in trial mode.

Is the trial plan limited?

Nope, you have access to all features by default without limitations. You just cannot add support agents (people of your team). You will need to upgrade your plan when you feel you are ready to use it with support agents.

How does it works?

Step 1
Download the app for Mac and create a FREE account from the app

Requires macOS 10.14 or later versions. Optimized for Macs with Intel or Apple Silicon processors. Validated by Apple notarized secure service to prevent malwares. 

Step 2
Add the MacLiveChat HTML code to the header of your website (just one line of code)

Step 3
You can go the dashboard from the app and start chatting with the visitors of your website.

There is no step 4. Just go to your website and you will see the live chat service appearing in a magic way. Just look at the bottom and right part of the website. To disable the live chat on your website, you just have to put your profile in Offline mode. You can also customize the design of the live chat window from settings.
